We have strategically selected business partners who have equal standards and proven processes that enable our fresh sausage to reach you. Our suppliers pass rigorous vetting systems to ensure our chicken comes to us with guarantees of wholesomeness and proper animal welfare practices. Nothing enters or leaves our facility without the ability to pass third party audits for quality that exceed BRC certification requirements. Finally, our shipping partners add their expertise to our delivery systems to ensure your sausage arrives in your local supermarket as fresh as you expect.

Drawing on 27 years of dedicated experience in the food industry, William leads First Fresh Foods as CEO. With an aptitude for visionary leadership and corporate strategy, William applies his extensive knowledge to developing process improvements and cost reductions. His proven record of successful team building has led to efficient and productive environments and strengthened corporate community. Accordingly, William instills a strong “Taste For Life” with his employees and also the business partners of First Fresh Foods. William’s goals include establishing First Fresh Foods as an industry leader and achieving “preferred brand” status for sausage consumers.

Prior to his latest nine years of operations experience in the poultry industry, Windell established and ran successfully his own service firm with 13 employees. Through these 18 years of his career, Windell’s responsibilities ranged from advertising and marketing to working closely with local government inspectors to coordinating all shipments and scheduling for a poultry processing plant of 30,000 square feet. With a focus on quality assurance and HACCP guidelines, Windell’s many years in leadership have given him the understanding that it takes good, quality people to accomplish the goals of a company. Appropriately, Windell values a “Taste For Life” that encompasses a strong team effort and high standards in all phases of First Fresh Foods’ process.

From launching new product lines across major retail markets to adding significant accounts and territories, John’s passion for food explains his 38 years of success in the food industry. With a culinary background including catering, corporate recipe development, and growing his own heirloom tomatoes and Italian sweet peppers, John’s “Taste For Life” is reflected in both his personal and professional life. His insight into the food industry enables John’s ability to market specific promotional programs to position First Fresh Foods’ products for ultimate success.

Bill McCleary, Controller

Holding various controller and accounting positions with multiple food service, retail, and manufacturing enterprises, Bill also served in Georgia’s State Accounting Office, supervising up to 18 reports. His vast experience includes audit of compliance to Governmental Accounting Standards Board regulations; experience in product formulation/Bills of Materials design, development, and implementation; and rebuilding entire accounting systems, all while ensuring total compliance with GAAP. Some of his most recent accomplishments include automating an outdated process, reducing processing time and saving significant resources. As a CPA, Bill’s “Taste For Life” contributes solid, reliable financial stability for First Fresh Foods and its wholesome sausage products.

His extensive experience in operations, retail marketing, and corporate administration proves acutely advantageous toward strategic development and visionary planning.
